Don Lee Joins ECHHO Board

The board of directors of ECHHO is pleased to announce the election of its
new director, Donald Lee. Mr. Lee has BS and MS degrees from WSU in animal nutrition and a PhD from the University of Illinois in nutritional biochemistry. |

After many years of work experience in his field, he completed his career as the Chairman of the Food Science and Human Nutrition Department at Washington State University. His extensive abilities will
be a great asset to the ECHHO organization. |

Dear ECHHO
I want to extend a sincere thank you to Hank. On
Dec. 26, 2010 my wife suffered a rather serious
injury in San Diego. I contacted Hank to see what
he could do about a commode, wheel chair and a
ramp up onto our deck. When we flew my wife
home on 28 Dec. 2010, Hank had everything set up
for us. Find a check for $100.00 for our heartfelt
appreciation. I don’t know what we would have
done without you!
